Our Paneer Tikka is crafted using fresh, homemade-style paneer that's cut into generous cubes and prepared with care. The marination process is key to creating the perfect Paneer Tikka. We combine thick yogurt with gram flour (besan), ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, and a touch of mustard oil. The paneer cubes are gently coated with this aromatic marinade along with chunks of bell peppers (red, green, and yellow) and onions, then left to marinate for at least 2 hours to absorb all the wonderful flavors.

The marinated paneer and vegetables are then carefully skewered and placed in our traditional tandoor oven, where they're grilled at high temperatures. The intense heat creates that signature char-grilled appearance and smoky flavor while keeping the paneer incredibly soft and creamy inside.
